| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note that re-selling and/or re-distributing any of our digital download products is strictly prohibited. Please note that 10th Way does not offer free graphic design services. When placing an order please ensure you send us high resolution (300dpi) CMYK artwork. Sending your artwork in RGB mode will result in colour shifting (printed colours will not match the colours on your calibrated monitor). If unsure, always request a printed proof. 10th Way will not accept liability for any artwork submitted in an incorrect format which may result in unexpected printed colour results. |
| Shipping And Handling Shipping is free to 1 UK mainland address on all orders. UK Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland shipping starts from £35. Design services (PDF designs) are shipped electronically for free Worldwide. No orders quantities will be split unless previously agreed in writing, or otherwise stated on the website. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 3 to 7 business days, depending on the nature of the item ordered. Please note that 10th Way will always strive to maintain the deadlines agreed with the customer(s). In some circumstances (such as machinery failure, power cuts etc.) the turnaround times may be delayed. In such eventualities, 10th Way will not accept liability for any damage, surcharge or breach of contractual agreement the customer may face. | Back Orders If materials to manufacture your item are not in stock, we will order them for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be able to cancel your order once your materials have been ordered from our suppliers. | Returns Policy We will accept returns for defective and/or damaged goods only. Please note, we will not accept returns and/or issue refunds on digital download items (ie. templates, etc) as they are shipped automatically immediatly after purchase. In some circumstances, refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management. Please note: 10th Way will not accept responsibility in the eventuality you approve a design proof that contains errors. Any printing carried out following proof approval will not be replaced free of charge. PLEASE ENSURE YOU INSPECT YOUR PROOFS THOROUGHLY. If you require matching to an existing printed item, please mention this as soon as you place an order. If you are concerned about the resulting brightness, contrast & saturation on the final printed article, please order a print proof prior to ordering batch printing. 10th Way will not accept liability if these guidelines are not followed by the customer. Please note: If you place a printing order & your artwork is found to be unsuitable for printing (for example: the bleed area is missing) 10th Way will try & fix the artwork for you at no extra cost. However, if you decide to cancel the printing order once you are provided (via email or download link) with a high resolution proof of the fixed artwork, you will be charged for the work carried out on your designs. Charges can vary (between £10 & £25) depending on the kind of work needed to fix your artwork. The aforementioned amount will be deducted from your existing payment at the time of refund. |
