Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note that re-selling and/or re-distributing any of our digital download products is strictly prohibited. Please note that 10th Way does not offer free graphic design services.
When placing an order please ensure you send us high resolution (300dpi) CMYK artwork. Sending your artwork in RGB mode will result in colour shifting (printed colours will not match the colours on your calibrated monitor). If unsure, always request a printed proof. 10th Way will not accept liability for any artwork submitted in an incorrect format which may result in unexpected printed colour results. When ordering printed proofs prior to printing in batch, 10th Way will assume that proofs are approved unless the customer specifically rejects them. Approval or rejection of physical and electronic proofs will only be accepted in written form (eg. via letter or email). Verbal instructions will not be considered valid by 10th Way operators.

Please note: it is the responsibility of the customer to clear copyright for any logos or trade marks reproduced in the artwork submitted for printing to 10th Way. 10th Way will not accept liability in the event of breach of copyright or similar trade mark issues. All responsibilities and duties lie with the customer submitting the printing order to 10th Way.
Shipping And Handling Shipping is free to 1 UK mainland address on all orders. UK Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland shipping starts from £35. Design services (PDF designs) are shipped electronically for free Worldwide. No orders quantities will be split unless previously agreed in writing, or otherwise stated on the website.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 3 to 7 business days, depending on the nature of the item ordered. Please note that 10th Way will always strive to maintain the deadlines agreed with the customer(s). In some circumstances (such as machinery failure, power cuts etc.) the turnaround times may be delayed. In such eventualities, 10th Way will not accept liability for any damage, surcharge or breach of contractual agreement the customer may face. Please do not place an order if you do not accept the above conditions.
Back Orders If materials to manufacture your item are not in stock, we will order them for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be able to cancel your order once your materials have been ordered from our suppliers. Please be advised that you will not be able to modify artwork and/or cancel orders and/or request a refund once the printing of your goods has commenced.
Tax Charges All prices are inclusive of tax, what you see is what you pay.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We will accept returns for defective and/or damaged goods only. Please note, we will not accept returns and/or issue refunds on digital download items (ie. templates, etc) as they are shipped automatically immediatly after purchase. In some circumstances, refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
Please note: 10th Way will not accept responsibility in the eventuality you approve a design proof that contains errors. Any printing carried out following proof approval will not be replaced free of charge. PLEASE ENSURE YOU INSPECT YOUR PROOFS THOROUGHLY. If you require matching to an existing printed item, please mention this as soon as you place an order. If you are concerned about the resulting brightness, contrast & saturation on the final printed article, please order a print proof prior to ordering batch printing. 10th Way will not accept liability if these guidelines are not followed by the customer. Colour matching RGB items is unfortunately not possible, please ensure you send us artwork formatted in CMYK. Under customer request, we will convert any RGB files sent to us to CMYK colour mode to make them compatible with commercial printing machines; please be advised that switching between the two colour modes will inevitably result in a shift in colour tonality. Please be aware that 10th Way will not accept liability in the eventuality the resulting colours are not as expected by the customer; to avoid any unwanted results we strongly recommend that customers always try and submit files in CMYK colour mode.
Please note: If you place a printing order & your artwork is found to be unsuitable for printing (for example: the bleed area is missing) 10th Way will try & fix the artwork for you at no extra cost. However, if you decide to cancel the printing order once you are provided (via email or download link) with a high resolution proof of the fixed artwork, you will be charged for the work carried out on your designs. Charges can vary (between £10 & £25) depending on the kind of work needed to fix your artwork. The aforementioned amount will be deducted from your existing payment at the time of refund.
